PROCESS
This is the process we follow for all our clients valuables before applying cerakote
PREPERATION
All parts are cleaned with acetone to remove any excess oils and dust , we place the items into a oven and bake the parts at a lower temperature to remove any trapped oils aswell as threads etc. The parts are then rinsed in acetone for the last time and ready for step two.
SANDBLASTING
All parts are sandblasted in house with a #120 grid aluminum oxide sand , this is to remove the previous coating as well as the shine for the cerakote to adhere to the parts
CERAKOTE APPLICATION
Your choice of colour is mixed by the cerakote applicator according to the finish you require.
FINAL BAKE
After the cerakote has been applied we fully cure the parts in our oven for one hour . Your parts are packaged with care and you will be notified when collection can take place .
